How Does Our Process Work?

The process for getting a Pre-Listing Appraisal may seem complex, but AnDel Appraisals makes it very easy and smooth for our clients. 

At AnDel Appraisals, the process for an appraisal starts the moment you reach out to us. We will ask you some questions over the phone to get the necessary information about the appraisal. That usually takes about 5-10mins. Then, we will book an appointment with you as soon as possible to visit your home and gather more information.

During the home visit, we inspect the property, measure the property, take photos, and gather data on improvements, types, styles, and conditions. Then we develop an opinion of value based on similar homes that were sold in your area.

We return to our office with all this information in hand. It usually takes us about 3 days to complete an appraisal. We will then send you the appraisal report via email.
